A complete multi-sport experience

Three sports. Three focused days each. One stronger athlete.

Youth athletes ages 7–17 will receive three complete training days in each sport under the direction of Coach Bobbi Perry and experienced guest coaches. Beginners, developing athletes and experienced competitors are welcome.

Clinic schedule

Nine weekdays of purposeful training

The clinic meets on nine weekdays to provide three complete training days for each sport. September 25 is reserved for an optional celebration or makeup day.

What athletes will learn

Focused instruction for every sport

01

Track Performance Training

September 14–16 · 4:00–5:30 PM

Led by Coach Bobbi and a guest track coach.

Athletes will work on

  • Proper running posture and sprinting form
  • Arm action, knee drive and foot placement
  • Acceleration and explosive starts
  • Reaction time and coordination
  • Speed, agility and quickness
  • Sprint drills and relay exchanges
  • Race preparation and finishing technique
  • Flexibility, mobility and injury prevention

Daily focus

Day 1 — Running Fundamentals

Athletic assessments, warm-up techniques, posture, arm mechanics, foot placement, A-skips, high knees and acceleration drills.

Day 2 — Speed and Explosiveness

Starting positions, reaction drills, short sprints, resistance exercises, agility training and explosive power development.

Day 3 — Race Performance

Sprint technique, pacing, relay exchanges, strong finishes and timed performance challenges.

Basketball Performance Training

September 17, 18 & 21 · 4:00–5:30 PM

Led by Coach Bobbi and a guest basketball coach.

Athletes will work on

  • Ball-handling and dribbling control
  • Passing and receiving
  • Shooting form and accuracy
  • Layups and finishing at the basket
  • Defensive stance and footwork
  • Speed, agility and change of direction
  • Court awareness and decision-making
  • Teamwork, communication and sportsmanship

Daily focus

Day 1 — Ball Control and Fundamentals

Athletic assessment, dribbling with both hands, passing, catching, balance and proper offensive positioning.

Day 2 — Shooting and Scoring

Shooting mechanics, layups, footwork, finishing drills and shooting under pressure.

Day 3 — Game Performance

Defense, agility, court awareness, teamwork, small-sided games and basketball skills challenges.

Swimming Performance Training

September 22–24 · 4:00–5:30 PM

Led by Coach Bobbi and a qualified guest swim coach or lifeguard.

Athletes will work on

  • Water safety and pool awareness
  • Body position and balance in the water
  • Breathing control
  • Freestyle and backstroke technique
  • Breaststroke and butterfly fundamentals
  • Starts, streamlines and turns
  • Kicking strength and efficiency
  • Speed, endurance and race preparation

Daily focus

Day 1 — Technique and Water Skills

Swimmer assessment, water safety, body position, breathing, streamlining, kicking and stroke fundamentals.

Day 2 — Starts, Turns and Stroke Development

Dives, push-offs, underwater movement, turns and individual stroke corrections.

Day 3 — Speed and Endurance

Sprint swimming, pacing, race preparation, relays and a final swimming performance challenge.

Coach Bobbi Perry

Coach Bobbi will lead the overall clinic and help athletes build the movement skills, confidence and habits that carry across every sport.
