Training and coaching
Completed sessions are non-refundable. Requests concerning unused services must be submitted in writing and are reviewed individually, subject to the package terms shown at purchase and applicable law.
Monthly packages
Clients are responsible for cancelling a recurring plan before the next billing date. A cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund a charge already processed.
Digital products
Because ebooks and downloadable programs are delivered digitally, purchases are generally final once access or download has been provided, except where required by law or when a duplicate or incorrect charge occurs.
Merchandise
Unworn, unused merchandise may be eligible for exchange or return according to the product-specific terms supplied at purchase. Personalized items are final sale unless defective.
Billing problems
Contact NuBODY promptly about duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, or access problems so the issue can be reviewed.
