NuBODY services provide general fitness, sports-performance, swim, and nutrition education. They do not diagnose, treat, or replace advice from a licensed medical professional. Obtain appropriate medical clearance before beginning a new exercise or nutrition program.
Participation and safety
Clients must provide accurate information, disclose relevant limitations, follow safety instructions, and stop activity when experiencing pain, dizziness, or unusual symptoms. Participation involves inherent physical risks.
Minors
A parent or legal guardian must register, provide consent, and complete required waivers for a minor participant.
Purchases
Prices, inclusions, renewal terms, and promotional availability are presented at the time of purchase. Promotions may end or change for future purchases without altering an already completed transaction.
Digital content
Ebooks, plans, recipes, workouts, graphics, and other NuBODY materials are for the purchaser’s personal use. They may not be copied, resold, published, or distributed without written permission.
